DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE
An evening Digital Photography class has been running at Trangie Central School since 2014 and will continue in 2016 provided that the numbers warrant it. This class is open to all members of the community. The annual cost is only $25 to cover photocopying of course notes.
Students learn the fundamentals of digital photography, what their cameras can do, essential composition principles and a range of techniques suited to various situations. In 2014 and 2015 they have also successfully exhibited their work at the Narromine Show and in other competitions.
In 2016, classes will be held on either Tuesday or Wednesday nights (to be decided according to students' preferences) and will commence in the first week of February. The course content is derived from the NSW Stage 6 syllabus. Anyone interested in joining the class in 2016 will be required to enrol, but this can be done at the first class for the year; however, you should lodge an expression of interest before then so that the school knows if there will be sufficient numbers for the class to go ahead.
